  • Kaedah


  • 1. Masukkan air, gula perang, mentega, kayu manis, dan buah pelaga ke dalam periuk kecil. Letakkan di atas api sederhana dan kacau selama 1 hingga 2 minit, hanya sehingga gula larut dan mentega beremulsi menjadi sirap yang licin dan harum.

  • 4. Angkat dari api dan biarkan selama 2 minit supaya sirap mendap dan melekat kemas pada buah.
