Kaedah


  • 1. Letakkan telur dalam mangkuk kecil dan perasakan dengan lada hitam. Pukul hanya sehingga kuning dan putih telur bercampur sepenuhnya, kira-kira 10 saat; campuran hendaklah sekata tetapi tidak berbuih.


  • 2. Letakkan kuali leper nonstick kecil di atas api sederhana perlahan dan masukkan mentega. Apabila mentega telah cair dan buihnya berkurang, tuangkan telur.   • 3. Segera pindahkan telur ke pinggan dan ratakan perlahan-lahan supaya sejuk selama 1 minit. Ini mengelakkan masakan berterusan daripada haba baki dan mengekalkan tekstur yang halus.


  • 4. Letakkan roti putih di atas papan dan potong bersih semua kerak. Sapukan mayonis secara sekata pada satu sisi setiap keping, menggunakan keseluruhan jumlah yang telah disukat.


  • 5. Sudukan telur suam ke atas satu keping dan ratakan dalam lapisan sekata hingga ke tepi. Tutup dengan keping kedua, bahagian mayonis di sebelah dalam, dan tekan perlahan untuk melekatkannya tanpa memampatkan roti.
