  • Prosciutto 40 g

  • Halvfast ost 45 g

  • Artisjokkhjerter 50 g

  • Grønne bønner 30 g

  • Olivenolje 15 g

  • Svart pepper 3 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Rens og forvell de grønne bønnene til de så vidt er møre, og avkjøl dem deretter helt.

  • 2. Skjær salami og prosciutto i skiver om nødvendig, og del den halvfaste osten i munnfullstore biter.

  • 3. La artisjokkhjertene renne av og del dem i halvdeler eller kvarter.

  • 4. Bland de grønne bønnene, artisjokkhjertene, spekematen og osten i en bolle eller på en tallerken.

  • 5. Drypp over olivenolje, og smak til med salt og svart pepper.
