En middelhavsinspirert rekerett servert med en kjølig gresk yoghurt-, agurk- og dillsalat. Sausen med tomat, hvitløk og paprika passer godt sammen med den kremete yoghurtblandingen med urter.

  • Reker, 160 g

  • Tomatsaus, 90 g

  • Gresk yoghurt, 80 g

  • Agurk, 50 g

  • Olivenolje, 20 g

  • Dill, 8 g

  • Hvitløk, 8 g

  • Salt, 8 g

  • Svart pepper, 3 g

  • Paprika, 3 g


  • Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Bland gresk yoghurt, agurk, dill, hvitløk, salt og svart pepper i en bolle for å lage agurk-yoghurtsalaten.

  • 2. Varm olivenoljen i en panne på middels varme.

  • 3. Tilsett rekene og stek dem i 2 til 3 minutter på hver side til de akkurat er gjennomstekte.

  • 4. Rør inn tomatsaus, paprika og litt salt og pepper. La det småkoke i 2 til 4 minutter.

  • 5. Server rekene i tomatsaus med agurk-, dill- og yoghurtblandingen ved siden av.
