Batatas e Cenouras Assadas

Um acompanhamento simples de legumes assados feito com batatas, cenouras e cebola, temperado com sal e pimenta-preta. É substancioso, saboroso e funciona bem como acompanhamento ou refeição leve.

  • Batatas: 300 g

  • Cenouras: 120 g

  • Cebola: 80 g

  • Óleo vegetal: 15 g

  • Sal: 3 g

  • Pimenta-preta: 2 g


  • Total: 520 g

    Instruções


  • 1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 200°C.

  • 2. Descasque e corte as batatas e as cenouras em pedaços uniformes, do tamanho de uma dentada. Fatie a cebola.

  • 3. Coloque todos os legumes numa tigela, adicione o óleo vegetal, o sal e a pimenta-preta, e misture para envolver tudo de maneira uniforme.

  • 4. Espalhe os legumes numa única camada sobre um tabuleiro de forno.

  • 5. Asse durante 30 a 40 minutos, virando uma vez a meio do tempo, até ficarem macios e ligeiramente dourados.
