Ensopado de Carne com Batatas

Um ensopado de carne substancioso com batatas, cenouras e cebolas num simples molho castanho. Este é um prato clássico caseiro braseado, servido quente.

  • Batatas, 120 g

  • Cenouras, 60 g

  • Cebolas, 40 g

  • Molho castanho, 40 g

  • Óleo vegetal, 8 g

  • Sal, 1 g

  • Pimenta-preta, 1 g

  • 1. Aqueça o óleo vegetal numa panela em lume médio.

  • 2. Adicione as cebolas e cozinhe até amolecerem.

  • 3. Junte a carne e aloure-a ligeiramente de todos os lados.

  • 4. Misture as batatas e as cenouras.

  • 5. Deite o molho castanho e tempere com sal e pimenta-preta.

  • 6. Tape e deixe cozinhar em lume brando até a carne ficar tenra e os legumes estarem cozinhados.
