Frango Marinado Picante com Alho e Soja

Uma preparação saborosa e picante de frango marinado com sabores de alho, soja e chili. Fica melhor quando cozinhado após a marinada e servido quente.

Ingredientes
  • Frango 800 g

  • Alho 40 g

  • Óleo de chili 40 g

  • Molho de soja 50 g

  • Flocos de chili vermelho 5 g

  • Pimenta-preta 3 g

  • Sal 7 g

  • Açúcar 5 g


  • Instruções
  • 1. Pique finamente o alho.

  • 2. Numa tigela, misture o alho, o óleo de chili, o molho de soja, os flocos de chili vermelho, a pimenta-preta, o sal e o açúcar.

  • 3. Adicione o frango e misture bem até ficar uniformemente envolvido.

  • 4. Tape e deixe marinar no frigorífico durante pelo menos 30 minutos.

  • 5. Cozinhe o frango marinado usando o método da sua preferência até estar completamente cozinhado e deixar de estar rosado no centro.
