Fâșii de pui marinate

O preparare simplă de pui condimentat, făcută din piept de pui crud acoperit cu ulei, sare, boia, usturoi și piper negru. Poate fi gătită prin prăjire în tigaie, pe grătar sau la cuptor.

Ingrediente
  • Piept de pui, 400 g

  • Ulei de rapiță, 20 g

  • Sare, 8 g

  • Boia, 8 g

  • Usturoi, 8 g

  • Piper negru, 6 g


  • Greutate totală: 450 g

    Instrucțiuni
  • 1. Taie pieptul de pui în fâșii.

  • 2. Amestecă uleiul de rapiță, sarea, boiaua, usturoiul și piperul negru într-un bol.

  • 3. Adaugă fâșiile de pui și acoperă-le uniform.

  • 4. Lasă la marinat pentru scurt timp sau gătește imediat.

  • 5. Gătește într-o tigaie încinsă, pe grătar sau la cuptor până când este pătruns complet și nu mai este roz în centru.
