  • 200 g uvarenej bielej ryže

  • 100 g brokolice

  • 120 g pečených zemiakov

  • 50 g gréckeho jogurtu

  • 10 ml rastlinného oleja

  • 2 g soli

  • 1 g čierneho korenia

  • 1 g cesnakového prášku


  • Postup


  • 1. Zohrejte rastlinný olej na panvici alebo v plechu vhodnom do rúry.

  • 2. Uvarte alebo zohrejte obaľované kuracie prso, kým nebude horúce a chrumkavé.

  • 3. Brokolicu ochuťte soľou, čiernym korením a cesnakovým práškom, potom ju pripravte v pare alebo orestujte, kým nezmäkne.
