Klasické cestovinové jedlo s rigatoni premiešanými s jednoduchou paradajkovou omáčkou a podávané s mäsovými guľkami. Je sýte, výrazne slané a najlepšie chutí dokončené trochou čierneho korenia.

  • 180 g cestovín rigatoni

  • 140 g mäsových guliek

  • 90 g paradajkovej omáčky

  • 8 g rastlinného oleja

  • 4 g cibule, nadrobno nasekanej

  • 3 g cesnaku, nasekaného nadrobno

  • 3 g soli

  • 2 g čierneho korenia

    Postup


  • 1. Vo veľkom hrnci priveďte do varu osolenú vodu a uvarte rigatoni na skus. Dobre sceďte.

  • 2. Na panvici rozohrejte rastlinný olej na strednom ohni. Pridajte cibuľu a restujte ju, kým nezmäkne.

  • 3. Pridajte cesnak a krátko ho opekajte, kým sa nerozvonia.

  • 4. Primiešajte paradajkovú omáčku a nechajte ju niekoľko minút jemne prebublávať. Osoľte a okoreňte čiernym korením.

  • 5. Do omáčky pridajte mäsové guľky a prehrejte ich, kým nebudú úplne horúce.

  • 6. Uvarené rigatoni premiešajte s omáčkou a mäsovými guľkami, potom ihneď podávajte.
