  • 180 g pšeničnega testa za skorjo

  • 70 g paradižnikove omake

  • 110 g sira mocarela, naribanega

  • 70 g piščančjih prsi

  • 35 g rdeče paprike, tanko narezane

  • 3 g česna, drobno naribanega

  • 1 g origana, suhega

  • Postopek



  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 250°C in vanjo postavite pekač za pico ali kamen za peko, da se segreva 20 minut. Površina mora biti popolnoma vroča, da se skorja hitro utrdi in speče hrustljavo, ne pa bledo.


  • 2. Piščančje prsi začinite z 1 g črnega popra in 1 g origana. V majhni kozici na srednji temperaturi segrejte 4 g oljčnega olja, dodajte česen in mešajte 20 sekund, da zadiši, vendar ne porjavi. Dodajte piščanca in ga pecite 4 do 5 minut, enkrat obrnite, dokler ni ravno prav pečen in površina rahlo neprosojna. Odstranite in tanko narežite.


  • 3. Pšenično testo razvaljajte v tanek krog, pri čemer naj bo debelina enakomerna. Testo mora ostati voljno, vendar vidno pusto, brez debelega roba, ki bi zadrževal odvečno težo.

  • 5. Po vrhu rahlo pokapajte preostalih 4 g oljčnega olja. Pico prenesite na segret pekač ali kamen in pecite 10 do 12 minut, dokler skorja na robovih ni zlato zapečena, sir popolnoma stopljen in rahlo mehurjast, osnova pa hrustljava, ko jo privzdignete.


  • 6. Pico vzemite iz pečice in jo pred rezanjem pustite počivati 2 minuti. Ta kratek premor omogoči, da se sir ustali in skorja ohrani svojo strukturo.
