Visokoproteinska složena salata od začinjenih pilećih prsa, pečenog slatkog krompira, sitnog sira, krastavca i lisnatog zelenog povrća. Podseća na pojednostavljenu činiju salate sa piletinom i slatkim krompirom, sa laganim začinom od maslinovog ulja i suvog bilja.

Sastojci


Ukupna količina: 500 g

  • 160 g pilećih prsa

  • 120 g slatkog krompira

  • 80 g sitnog sira

  • 60 g krastavca

  • 50 g lisnatog zelenog povrća

  • 15 g maslinovog ulja

  • 5 g soli

  • 5 g crnog bibera

  • 5 g suvog bilja


  • Uputstvo korak po korak


  • 1. Zagrejte rernu na 200°C.

  • 2. Oljuštite i isecite slatki krompir na kockice veličine zalogaja. Pomešajte sa polovinom maslinovog ulja, malo soli, crnim biberom i malo suvog bilja.

  • 3. Pecite slatki krompir 20–25 minuta, dok ne omekša i blago porumeni.

  • 4. Začinite pileća prsa solju, crnim biberom i suvim biljem.

  • 5. Zagrejte tiganj na srednjoj vatri sa preostalim maslinovim uljem i pecite piletinu 5–6 minuta sa svake strane, ili dok se potpuno ne ispeče. Ostavite da odstoji 5 minuta, pa isecite.

  • 6. Isecite krastavac i pripremite lisnato zeleno povrće.

  • 7. Složite činiju sa lisnatim zelenim povrćem, pečenim slatkim krompirom, krastavcem, isečenom piletinom i sitnim sirom.

  • 8. Završite sa preostalim začinima po ukusu i poslužite toplo ili rashlađeno.
