Smörbönor i tomatsås

En enkel medelhavsinspirerad gryta med mjuka smörbönor som får sjuda i en smakrik tomatsås. Den passar bra som tillbehör, lätt huvudrätt eller serverad med bröd.

Ingredienser


  • Smörbönor 150 g

  • Tomatsås 70 g

  • Lök 15 g

  • Vitlök 5 g

  • Olivolja 10 g

  • Salt 2 g

  • Svartpeppar 1 g

  • Paprikapulver 2 g

  • Blandade örter 2 g

  • Socker 3 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Värm olivoljan i en panna på medelvärme.

  • 2. Tillsätt löken och tillaga tills den mjuknat, cirka 3 till 4 minuter.

  • 3. Tillsätt vitlök, paprikapulver och blandade örter, och tillaga sedan i 30 sekunder.

  • 4. Rör ner tomatsåsen, sockret, saltet och svartpepparn.

  • 5. Tillsätt smörbönorna och låt sjuda försiktigt i 5 till 8 minuter, rör om då och då, tills allt är genomvarmt och såsen har tjocknat lätt.

  • 6. Smaka av och justera kryddningen vid behov, och servera sedan varm.
