  • 2. Painitin ang kawali sa katamtamang init. Idagdag ang baka at lutuin sa loob ng 2 hanggang 3 minuto, hinahalo o binabaligtad kung kinakailangan, hanggang mawala ang hilaw nitong kulay at maging bahagyang browned. Dapat manatiling malambot ang karne, hindi tuyo.

  • 3. Idagdag ang binating itlog sa kawali kasama ng baka. Haluin nang marahan sa loob ng 1 hanggang 2 minuto hanggang ang itlog ay bumuo ng malalambot na curds at ang halo ay kakaluto pa lamang, mamasa-masa at malambot pa rin. Alisin sa init at timplahan ng black pepper.
