  • 1. Pagsamahin ang sabaw ng manok, toyo, at bawang sa isang katamtamang laki na saucepan. Pakuluin hanggang sa banayad at tuloy-tuloy na simmer sa katamtamang init at panatilihin ito sa loob ng 4 minuto, hanggang maging mabango ang sabaw at bahagyang malasahan ang bawang.


  • 2. Sa hiwalay na maliit na kaserola, pakuluan nang banayad ang tubig at dahan-dahang ilubog ang itlog. Lutuin nang 7 minuto para sa malambot na pula, saka agad ilipat sa malamig na tubig. Balatan nang malinis at itabi.


  • 3. Idagdag ang wheat noodle sa kumukulong banayad na sabaw at lutuin nang 3 hanggang 4 minuto, hinahalo nang minsan o dalawang beses upang hindi magdikit-dikit. Dapat malambot na ang noodle ngunit may bahagyang tigas pa rin sa gitna.


  • 4. Idagdag ang manok sa sabaw at lutuin nang 2 hanggang 3 minuto, hanggang sa maging opaque ang mga hiwa at manatiling malambot. Huwag hayaang kumulo nang malakas ang sabaw.


  • 5. Alisin ang kaserola sa init. Ihalo ang sesame oil. Tikman ang sabaw; dapat itong malinis ang lasa, malinamnam, at balanse, na kapansin-pansin ang toyo ngunit hindi nangingibabaw.


  • Pagplato at paghahain


    Ilipat ang sopas na noodle sa isang pinainit na mangkok. Hiwain sa dalawa ang itlog at ilagay nang maayos sa ibabaw, saka tapusin sa pamamagitan ng bahagyang pagwiwisik ng scallion sa ibabaw. Ihain agad habang malinaw ang sabaw, relaks ang mga noodle, at malambot ang manok.
