  • 1. Tavuk bonfileleri kâğıt havluyla kurulayın ve tuz ile karabiberi her tarafına eşit şekilde serpin.

  • 2. Sıvı yağı bir tavada orta-yüksek ateşte ısıtın.

  • 3. Tavuk bonfileleri ekleyin ve her bir yüzünü 3 ila 4 dakika, kızarana ve tamamen pişene kadar pişirin.

  • 4. Ateşi kısığa alın, tereyağını ekleyin ve 30 ila 60 saniye boyunca kaşıkla tavuğun üzerine gezdirin.
