  • 牛绞肉,70 g

  • 面包糠,15 g

    Instructions
  • 1. 将土豆去皮,切成薯条状。

  • 2. 将牛绞肉、面包糠、鸡蛋、盐和黑胡椒放入碗中,混合至刚刚均匀。

  • 3. 将肉馅整形成小肉丸。

  • 4. 在平底锅中加热植物油。将土豆炸至金黄酥脆后捞出沥油。
