  • Metode


  • 1. Bring 'n medium kastrol water tot 'n sterk kookpunt. Voeg die sout by, dan die spaghetti. Kook vir 8 tot 10 minute, roer een of twee keer, totdat die pasta net-net nie heeltemal sag is nie en steeds 'n ferm kern het.

  • 2. Terwyl die pasta kook, meng die eiergeel, parmesan en swartpeper in 'n mengbak. Roer totdat dit dik en samehangend is. Die mengsel moet dig wees, nie loperig nie.
