Kyllinge- og grøntsagsgryde

En enkel kyllinge- og grøntsagsgryde med inderfileter, kartofler, gulerødder, squash og løg, der simrer i grøntsagsbouillon. Det er en let og mættende alt-i-en-gryde-ret.

Ingredienser


  • Kyllingeinderfileter 120 g

  • Kartoffel 80 g

  • Squash 50 g

  • Gulerod 35 g

  • Løg 30 g

  • Grøntsagsbouillon 25 ml

  • Olivenolie 10 g

  • Hvidløg 5 g

  • Salt 3 g

  • Sort peber 2 g


  • Samlet vægt: 360 g

    Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Skær kartoffel, gulerod, squash, løg og hvidløg i tern.

  • 2. Varm olivenolien op i en gryde ved middel varme.

  • 3. Tilsæt løg og hvidløg, og steg i 1 til 2 minutter, indtil det dufter.

  • 4. Tilsæt kyllingeinderfileterne, og steg dem, til de er let lukkede på ydersiden.

  • 5. Tilsæt kartoffel, gulerod, squash, salt og sort peber.

  • 6. Hæld grøntsagsbouillonen i, og bring det i en let simren.

  • 7. Læg låg på, og lad det koge i 12 til 15 minutter under omrøring af og til, indtil kyllingen er gennemtilberedt, og grøntsagerne er møre.
