Laks med tomat-majs-salsa

En enkel pandestegt laksret toppet med en frisk salsa af tomat, majs og peberfrugt. Det er en let og farverig hovedret med en afbalanceret salt og let sød smag.

Ingredienser


  • Laks 150 g

  • Tomat 35 g

  • Majs 25 g

  • Rød peberfrugt 15 g

  • Rødløg 10 g

  • Persille 5 g

  • Olivenolie 12 g

  • Hvidløg 3 g

  • Salt 2 g

  • Sort peber 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g


  • Samlet vægt: 260 g

    Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Hak tomat, majs, rød peberfrugt, rødløg, persille og hvidløg fint.

  • 2. Bland de hakkede grøntsager med 5 g olivenolie, salt, sort peber og paprika for at lave salsaen.

  • 3. Krydr laksen med det resterende salt, den resterende sorte peber og den resterende paprika.

  • 4. Varm den resterende olivenolie op på en pande ved middel varme, og steg laksen, til den er gylden og gennemstegt, cirka 3 til 4 minutter på hver side afhængigt af tykkelsen.

  • 5. Fordel salsaen over laksen, og servér straks.
