Schokoladen-Proteinriegel

Ein proteinreicher, schokoladenüberzogener Riegel mit knusprigen Sojastückchen und einem zähen, süßen Inneren. Er ähnelt eher einem kommerziellen Protein-Snackriegel als einem traditionellen hausgemachten Gericht.

Zutaten


Für 1 Riegel, insgesamt 55 g

  • Milchprotein, 12 g

  • Kollagenhydrolysat, 6 g

  • Sojaprotein, 5 g

  • Vollmilchpulver, 4 g

  • Polydextrose, 7 g

  • Süßungsmittel, 4 g

  • Glycerin, 3 g

  • Kakaomasse, 4 g

  • Kakaobutter, 3 g

  • Sonnenblumenöl, 2 g

  • Palmkernöl, 1,5 g

  • Knusprige Sojastückchen, 2 g

  • Natürliche Aromen, 0,8 g

  • Salz, 0,2 g

  • Emulgator, 0,5 g


  • Zubereitung


  • 1. Milchprotein, Kollagenhydrolysat, Sojaprotein, Vollmilchpulver, Polydextrose, Süßungsmittel, Glycerin, natürliche Aromen, Salz und Emulgator mischen, bis alles gleichmäßig vermengt ist.

  • 2. Die knusprigen Sojastückchen vorsichtig unterheben.

  • 3. Kakaomasse, Kakaobutter, Sonnenblumenöl und Palmkernöl zusammen schmelzen, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht.

  • 4. Die Proteinmischung zu einem kompakten Riegel formen.

  • 5. Den Riegel mit der geschmolzenen Schokoladenmischung überziehen.

  • 6. Kalt stellen, bis er fest ist, dann servieren.
