Estofado de ternera con patatas

Un sustancioso estofado de ternera con patatas, zanahorias y cebollas en una sencilla salsa marrón. Este es un clásico plato casero braseado, servido caliente.

Ingredientes


  • Ternera, 150 g

  • Patatas, 120 g

  • Zanahorias, 60 g

  • Cebollas, 40 g

  • Salsa marrón, 40 g

  • Aceite vegetal, 8 g

  • Sal, 1 g

  • Pimienta negra, 1 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una olla a fuego medio.

  • 2. Añade las cebollas y cocina hasta que se ablanden.

  • 3. Añade la ternera y dórala ligeramente por todos lados.

  • 4. Incorpora las patatas y las zanahorias.

  • 5. Vierte la salsa marrón y luego sazona con sal y pimienta negra.

  • 6. Tapa y cocina a fuego lento hasta que la ternera esté tierna y las verduras estén bien cocidas.
