Macarrones con queso cheddar y bacon con rigatoni

Un plato de pasta cremoso, estilo horneado, hecho con rigatoni cubierto con una sencilla salsa de queso cheddar y terminado con bacon. Se parece a los clásicos macarrones con queso, adaptado con rigatoni en lugar de pasta de coditos.

Ingredientes


  • Pasta rigatoni, 90 g

  • Queso cheddar, 55 g

  • Leche, 55 ml

  • Mantequilla, 15 g

  • Bacon, 12 g

  • Pimienta negra, 2 g

  • Sal, 1 g


  • Total: 230 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Cuece el rigatoni en agua con sal hasta que esté al dente y luego escúrrelo.

  • 2. En una sartén pequeña, derrite la mantequilla a fuego bajo.

  • 3. Añade la leche y caliéntala suavemente; luego incorpora el cheddar, removiendo hasta que quede liso y fundido.

  • 4. Añade el rigatoni cocido y el bacon, y mezcla para cubrirlo de manera uniforme.

  • 5. Sazona con sal y pimienta negra al gusto.

  • 6. Sirve inmediatamente mientras la salsa esté cremosa.
