Pechuga de pollo con mantequilla de ajo

Un sencillo plato de pechuga de pollo sellada en sartén, terminado con mantequilla de ajo. Es jugoso, sabroso y está ligeramente sazonado con sal y pimienta negra.

Ingredientes


  • Pechuga de pollo: 300 g

  • Mantequilla: 25 g

  • Aceite de cocina: 10 g

  • Ajo: 15 g

  • Sal: 5 g

  • Pimienta negra: 5 g


  • Instrucciones


  • 1. Seca la pechuga de pollo con papel de cocina y sazona ambos lados con sal y pimienta negra.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite de cocina en una sartén a fuego medio-alto.

  • 3. Añade la pechuga de pollo y cocina hasta que esté dorada por ambos lados y bien cocida por dentro.

  • 4. Baja el fuego, añade la mantequilla y el ajo, y vierte la mantequilla derretida sobre el pollo con una cuchara durante 1 a 2 minutos.

  • 5. Retira de la sartén y deja reposar brevemente antes de servir.
