Sopa de patata y verduras

Una sopa de verduras sencilla y clásica a base de patatas, zanahorias, cebolla y puerro, cocidos a fuego lento en aceite de oliva y sazonados con sal. Se parece a una sopa rústica básica de patata o a una sopa de verduras.

Ingredientes


  • Patatas, 250 g

  • Zanahorias, 90 g

  • Cebolla, 70 g

  • Puerro, 60 g

  • Aceite de oliva, 20 g

  • Sal, 30 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Pela y corta en dados las patatas y las zanahorias. Corta en rodajas la cebolla y el puerro.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una olla a fuego medio.

  • 3. Añade la cebolla y el puerro, y cocina hasta que se ablanden.

  • 4. Añade las zanahorias y las patatas, y remueve para que se impregnen del aceite.

  • 5. Añade suficiente agua para cubrir las verduras, sazona con sal y lleva a ebullición.

  • 6. Baja el fuego y cocina a fuego lento hasta que todas las verduras estén tiernas.

  • 7. Sirve caliente como sopa, con trozos o ligeramente triturada si lo deseas.
