Assiette de boulettes de viande et frites

Une assiette copieuse de frites croustillantes servies avec de simples boulettes de bœuf. C’est un plat rustique et rassasiant, composé de pommes de terre assaisonnées et de boulettes poêlées.

Ingredients
  • Pommes de terre, 200 g

  • Bœuf, 100 g

  • Chapelure, 15 g

  • Œuf, 10 g

  • Oignon, 10 g

  • Huile végétale, 4 g

  • Sel, 1 g

  • Poivre noir, 0.5 g


  • Poids total : 340.5 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Épluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en forme de frites. Séchez-les bien.

  • 2. Mélangez le bœuf, la chapelure, l’œuf, l’oignon finement haché, le sel et le poivre noir. Façonnez de petites boulettes.

  • 3. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle. Faites frire les boulettes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et bien cuites.

  • 4. Faites frire les pommes de terre dans la même poêle ou dans une autre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et croustillantes.

  • 5. Servez les frites avec les boulettes à côté.
