Frites avec boulettes de viande frites

Un plat réconfortant simple composé de frites de pommes de terre croustillantes servies avec des boulettes de bœuf savoureuses. Il est copieux, salé et se déguste de préférence bien chaud.

Ingrédients


  • Pommes de terre, 160 g

  • Bœuf, 70 g

  • Chapelure, 15 g

  • Œuf, 15 g

  • Oignon, 10 g

  • Huile végétale, 8 g

  • Sel, 2 g

  • Poivre noir, 0,5 g


  • Total : 280,5 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Épluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en frites. Séchez-les en les tamponnant.

  • 2. Mélangez le bœuf, la chapelure, l’œuf, l’oignon finement haché, le sel et le poivre noir jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange homogène. Façonnez en petites boulettes.

  • 3. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen.

  • 4. Faites frire les pommes de terre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et croustillantes, puis retirez-les et égouttez-les brièvement.

  • 5. Faites frire les boulettes dans la même huile, en les retournant jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien dorées et cuites à cœur.

  • 6. Servez les boulettes de viande frites avec les frites pendant qu’elles sont chaudes.
