Haricots de Lima à la sauce tomate

Un plat mijoté simple d’inspiration méditerranéenne, avec de tendres haricots de Lima cuits dans une sauce tomate savoureuse. Il se déguste aussi bien en accompagnement, en plat léger, ou servi avec du pain.

Ingrédients


  • Haricots de Lima 150 g

  • Sauce tomate 70 g

  • Oignon 15 g

  • Ail 5 g

  • Huile d’olive 10 g

  • Sel 2 g

  • Poivre noir 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g

  • Herbes mélangées 2 g

  • Sucre 3 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Faites chauffer l’huile d’olive dans une poêle à feu moyen.

  • 2. Ajoutez l’oignon et faites cuire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit tendre, environ 3 à 4 minutes.

  • 3. Ajoutez l’ail, le paprika et les herbes mélangées, puis faites cuire pendant 30 secondes.

  • 4. Incorporez la sauce tomate, le sucre, le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 5. Ajoutez les haricots de Lima et laissez mijoter doucement pendant 5 à 8 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien chauds et que la sauce ait légèrement épaissi.

  • 6. Goûtez et rectifiez l’assaisonnement si nécessaire, puis servez chaud.
