Poulet pané avec riz, brocoli et pommes de terre rôties

Description


Un plat composé d’un blanc de poulet pané, de riz blanc, de brocoli et de pommes de terre rôties, servi avec du yaourt grec en accompagnement crémeux simple.

Ingrédients


  • 1 blanc de poulet pané

  • 200 g de riz blanc cuit

  • 100 g de brocoli

  • 120 g de pommes de terre rôties

  • 50 g de yaourt grec

  • 10 ml d’huile végétale

  • 2 g de sel

  • 1 g de poivre noir

  • 1 g d’ail en poudre


  • Méthode


  • 1. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle ou sur une plaque allant au four.

  • 2. Faites cuire ou réchauffez le blanc de poulet pané jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien chaud et croustillant.

  • 3. Assaisonnez le brocoli avec le sel, le poivre noir et l’ail en poudre, puis faites-le cuire à la vapeur ou sauter jusqu’à ce qu’il soit tendre.

  • 4. Réchauffez les pommes de terre rôties jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien chaudes et légèrement croustillantes.

  • 5. Réchauffez le riz blanc.

  • 6. Dressez le riz, le brocoli et les pommes de terre rôties à côté du poulet.

  • 7. Servez le yaourt grec à part comme dip ou sauce.
