  • Postupak



  • 1. Posušite losos tapkanjem i po potrebi ga narežite na komad koji će uredno stajati u zdjeli. U maloj zdjeli pomiješajte sojin umak, med i sezamovo ulje dok smjesa ne postane glatka i sjajna.


  • 2. Zakuhajte mali lončić vode do laganog vrenja i kuhajte edamame 3 minute. Dobro ocijedite i ostavite sa strane; zrna trebaju biti mekana, žive boje i još uvijek čvrsta pod zubom.


  • 3. Zagrijte neprianjajuću tavu na srednjoj vatri. Dodajte losos i pecite 2 minute s prve strane, dok lagano ne porumeni. Okrenite ribu, dodajte mješavinu soje i meda te kuhajte još 2 do 3 minute, prelijevajući glazuru žlicom preko lososa dok se reducira. Riba treba biti jedva neprozirna u sredini i obložena tankom, lakiranom glazurom.


  • 4. Dok se losos peče, rasporedite krastavac i mladi luk u zdjelu za miješanje zajedno s edamamama. Lagano promiješajte samo ako je potrebno kako bi se sastojci rasporedili bez gnječenja krastavca.


  • 5. Žlicom stavite povrće u zdjelu za posluživanje. Na vrh položite losos i prelijte ribu i oko nje preostalom glazurom iz tave. Završite sjemenkama sezama.
