  • 1. Izvadite sireve iz hladnjaka i ostavite ih na sobnoj temperaturi 20 minuta. Brie treba lagano omekšati u sredini, dok plavi sir i odležani sirevi trebaju zadržati strukturu i uredno se rezati.


  • 2. Zagrijte kruh od kiselog tijesta u tosteru ili pećnici na 180°C 4 do 6 minuta, samo dok korica ne postane hrskava, a unutrašnjost podatna. Nemojte ga jako zapeći; kruh treba podupirati sireve, a ne dominirati njima.


  • 3. Narežite ili podijelite polutvrdi sir od kravljeg mlijeka, tvrdi sir od kravljeg mlijeka i sir s opranom korom na uredne komade koji će zadržati oblik na tanjuru. Brie ostavite cijeli ili ga narežite na jednake kriške. Po potrebi lagano izmrvite plavi sir kako bi se mogao poslužiti precizno.
