  • 180 g pasta rigatoni

  • 140 g bakso

  • 90 g saus tomat

  • 8 g minyak sayur

  • 4 g bawang bombai, dicincang halus

  • 3 g bawang putih, dicincang halus

  • 3 g garam

  • 2 g lada hitam

    Instruksi


  • 1. Didihkan sepanci air yang sudah diberi garam, lalu masak rigatoni hingga al dente. Tiriskan dengan baik.

  • 2. Panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan di atas api sedang. Tambahkan bawang bombai dan masak hingga lunak.

  • 3. Tambahkan bawang putih dan masak sebentar hingga harum.

  • 4. Adukkan saus tomat lalu didihkan perlahan selama beberapa menit. Bumbui dengan garam dan lada hitam.

  • 5. Masukkan bakso ke dalam saus dan panaskan hingga benar-benar panas merata.

  • 6. Aduk rigatoni yang sudah dimasak dengan saus dan bakso, lalu segera sajikan.
