  • 1. Bræðið mjólkursúkkulaðið, dökka súkkulaðið og kakósmjörið varlega saman við lágan hita eða í vatnsbaði.

  • 2. Hrærið kakómassa, nýmjólkurdufti, sykri, bindiefni og vanillu saman við þar til blandan er slétt.

  • 3. Blandið hindberjunum varlega saman við og haldið smá áferð ef þess er óskað.

  • 4. Hellið blöndunni í mót eða bakka klætt bökunarpappír og sléttið yfirborðið.
