Ofnbakaðar kartöflur og gulrætur

  • 1. Hitið ofninn í 200°C.

  • 2. Afhýðið og skerið kartöflurnar og gulræturnar í jafnstóra munnbita. Skerið laukinn í sneiðar.

  • 3. Setjið allt grænmetið í skál, bætið jurtaolíu, salti og svörtum pipar út í og veltið saman svo allt hjúpist jafnt.

  • 4. Dreifið grænmetinu í einu lagi á bökunarplötu.

  • 5. Bakið í 30 til 40 mínútur, snúið einu sinni þegar hálf bökunartíminn er liðinn, þar til grænmetið er mjúkt og létt brúnað.

  • 6. Berið fram heitt.
