  • Pasta rigatoni, 90 g

  • Formaggio cheddar, 55 g

  • Latte, 55 ml

  • Burro, 15 g

  • Bacon, 12 g

  • Pepe nero, 2 g

  • Sale, 1 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Cuoci i rigatoni in acqua salata fino a quando sono al dente, poi scolali.

  • 2. In un pentolino, fai sciogliere il burro a fuoco basso.

  • 3. Aggiungi il latte e scaldalo delicatamente, poi incorpora il cheddar mescolando fino a ottenere una salsa liscia e fusa.

  • 4. Aggiungi i rigatoni cotti e il bacon, quindi mescola per ricoprirli in modo uniforme.

  • 5. Regola di sale e pepe nero a piacere.
