  • Patate, 120 g

  • Carote, 60 g

  • Cipolle, 40 g

  • Sugo bruno, 40 g

  • Olio vegetale, 8 g

  • Sale, 1 g

  • Pepe nero, 1 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una pentola a fuoco medio.

  • 2. Aggiungi le cipolle e cuoci finché non si saranno ammorbidite.

  • 3. Aggiungi il manzo e fallo rosolare leggermente su tutti i lati.

  • 4. Unisci le patate e le carote mescolando.

  • 5. Versa il sugo bruno, quindi condisci con sale e pepe nero.
