牛肉とじゃがいものパティ

牛ひき肉、玉ねぎ、パン粉を混ぜたマッシュポテトをパティ状に成形し、こんがりと焼き上げる風味豊かなフライパン料理です。ケチャップとミニトマトを添えてシンプルにいただきます。

Ingredients
  • じゃがいも 180 g

  • 牛肉 120 g

  • 玉ねぎ 40 g

  • パン粉 25 g

  • 卵 25 g

  • 植物油 20 g

  • ケチャップ 15 g

  • ミニトマト 20 g

  • 塩 3 g

  • 黒こしょう 2 g


  • Total: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. じゃがいもをやわらかくなるまでゆで、水気を切ってつぶします。

  • 2. 玉ねぎをみじん切りにし、牛肉、卵、パン粉、塩、黒こしょうと混ぜ合わせます。

  • 3. 牛肉の混ぜ合わせたものをマッシュポテトと合わせ、パティ状に成形します。

  • 4. フライパンに植物油を入れて中火で熱し、パティを焼き色がついて中まで火が通るまで焼きます。

  • 5. ケチャップとミニトマトを添えて盛り付けます。
