  • Telur rebus, 100 g, dikupas dan dibelah dua

  • Kaedah


  • 1. Didihkan air dalam periuk sederhana hingga mendidih stabil. Masukkan kacang buncis hijau dan masak selama 3 hingga 4 minit, sehingga hijau terang dan empuk sedikit. Toskan segera dan sejukkan sebentar supaya kekal rangup dan warnanya jelas.

  • 2. Jika kentang belum dimasak, renehkannya dalam air bergaram ringan selama 12 hingga 15 minit, sehingga pisau dapat menembusinya dengan sedikit rintangan. Toskan, sejukkan sekadar boleh dipegang, dan potong kepada baji yang kemas. Isinya harus mengekalkan bentuk tanpa hancur berderai.

  • 3. Dalam mangkuk kecil, satukan minyak zaitun dan perencah vinaigrette. Pukul hingga dressing teremulsi sepenuhnya dan berkilat.

  • 4. Di atas pinggan hidang, susun daun salad campuran sebagai dasar. Letakkan kentang, kacang buncis hijau, tomato, zaitun, dan tuna dalam bahagian yang berasingan dan bukannya dicampurkan bersama. Letakkan belahan telur rebus dengan jelas supaya kuning telur kekal kelihatan.
