Pittige kip gemarineerd in knoflook en sojasaus

Een hartige, pittige bereiding van gemarineerde kip met smaken van knoflook, soja en chili. Dit gerecht wordt het best bereid na het marineren en heet geserveerd.

Ingrediënten
  • Kip 800 g

  • Knoflook 40 g

  • Chili-olie 40 g

  • Sojasaus 50 g

  • Rode chilivlokken 5 g

  • Zwarte peper 3 g

  • Zout 7 g

  • Suiker 5 g


  • Instructies
  • 1. Hak de knoflook fijn.

  • 2. Meng in een kom de knoflook, chili-olie, sojasaus, rode chilivlokken, zwarte peper, zout en suiker.

  • 3. Voeg de kip toe en meng grondig tot alles gelijkmatig bedekt is.

  • 4. Dek af en laat minstens 30 minuten marineren in de koelkast.

  • 5. Bereid de gemarineerde kip op de door jou gewenste manier tot deze volledig gaar is en vanbinnen niet meer roze.

  • 6. Serveer heet.
