  • Poteter, 200 g

  • Storfekjøtt, 60 g

  • Svinekjøtt, 40 g

  • Ketchup, 25 g

  • Vegetabilsk olje, 20 g

  • Løk, 10 g

  • Brødsmuler, 12 g

  • Egg, 10 g

  • Salt, 2 g

  • Svart pepper, 1 g


  • Totalvekt: 360 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Skrell og skjær potetene til pommes frites. Skyll og tørk dem godt.

  • 2. Bland storfekjøttet, svinekjøttet, løken, brødsmulene, egget, saltet og svart pepper til alt er godt blandet. Form til små kjøttboller.

  • 3. Varm opp den vegetabilske oljen i en panne. Stek kjøttbollene til de er brunet og gjennomstekte.

  • 4. Stek potetene i samme panne eller i en egen panne til de er gylne og sprø.

  • 5. Legg pommes frites og kjøttboller på tallerkenen sammen, og server med ketchup.
