Kjøttboller med pommes frites og ketchup

En enkel og trøstende tallerken med sprø pommes frites servert med pannestekte kjøttboller av storfekjøtt og en rask tomat-ketchupsaus. Den er mettende, smakfull og best å spise varm.

Ingredienser


Totalt: 360 g

  • Poteter, 180 g

  • Storfekjøtt, 90 g

  • Brødsmuler, 15 g

  • Egg, 15 g

  • Løk, 15 g

  • Tomat, 20 g

  • Ketchup, 10 g

  • Vegetabilsk olje, 10 g

  • Salt, 3 g

  • Svart pepper, 2 g


  • Fremgangsmåte



  • 1. Skrell potetene og skjær dem til pommes frites.

  • 2. Skyll og tørk pommes fritesene godt. Varm opp den vegetabilske oljen og stek potetene til de er gylne og sprø. La dem renne av og krydre lett med salt.

  • 3. Finhakk løken og bland den med storfekjøttet, brødsmulene, egget, saltet og svart pepper.

  • 4. Form blandingen til små kjøttboller.

  • 5. Stek kjøttbollene i en panne til de er brunet og gjennomstekte.

  • 6. Hakk tomaten og varm den kort sammen med ketchupen for å lage en enkel saus.

  • 7. Server kjøttbollene med pommes frites og legg ketchup-tomatsausen over eller ved siden av.
