  • Poteter 220 g

  • Storfekjøtt 120 g

  • Brødsmuler 20 g

  • Egg 20 g

  • Løk 15 g

  • Svart pepper 1 g

  • Salt 3 g

  • Vegetabilsk olje 25 g

  • Ketchup 10 g

  • Tomat 6 g


  • Totalt: 420 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Skrell potetene og skjær dem til pommes frites. Skyll dem og tørk dem godt.

  • 2. Bland storfekjøttet, brødsmulene, egget, finhakket løk, svart pepper og salt. Form til små kjøttboller.

  • 3. Varm opp den vegetabilske oljen i en panne. Stek kjøttbollene til de er brunet og gjennomstekte.

  • 4. Stek potetene i resten av oljen til de er gylne og sprø.

  • 5. Hakk tomaten og bland den med ketchupen for å lage en rask saus.

  • 6. Server pommes frites med kjøttbollene og legg ketchup- og tomatsausen over eller ved siden av.
