    Instructions
  • 1. Descasque as batatas e corte-as em formato de batatas fritas.

  • 2. Misture a carne bovina moída, o pão ralado, o ovo, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino numa tigela até incorporar.

  • 3. Modele a mistura de carne em pequenas almôndegas.

  • 4. Aqueça o óleo vegetal numa frigideira. Frite as batatas até ficarem douradas e crocantes, depois escorra.
