Creme de Chocolate

Um creme de chocolate rico e cremoso, ideal para comer à colher, feito com leite, natas, gema de ovo, cacau, açúcar e baunilha. É semelhante a uma clássica crème anglaise ou a uma base de pot de crème, servido frio ou ligeiramente morno.

Ingredientes


  • Leite 70 g

  • Natas 45 g

  • Açúcar 20 g

  • Cacau em pó 10 g

  • Gema de ovo 20 g

  • Baunilha 15 g


  • Total: 180 g

    Instruções


  • 1. Num tacho pequeno, misture com uma vara de arames o leite, as natas, o açúcar, o cacau e a baunilha até obter um preparado homogéneo.

  • 2. Aqueça em lume médio até começar a libertar vapor, sem deixar ferver.

  • 3. Numa taça, bata ligeiramente a gema de ovo com uma vara de arames.

  • 4. Verta lentamente a mistura quente de cacau sobre a gema, batendo sempre, para a temperar.

  • 5. Volte a colocar a mistura no tacho e cozinhe em lume brando, mexendo constantemente, até engrossar o suficiente para cobrir as costas de uma colher.

  • 6. Retire imediatamente do lume e coe, se desejar, para uma textura mais lisa.

  • 7. Leve ao frio antes de servir, ou sirva morno como molho de creme.
