Pui marinat picant cu usturoi și sos de soia

O rețetă savuroasă de pui marinat picant, cu arome de usturoi, soia și chili. Se gătește cel mai bine după marinare și se servește fierbinte.

Ingrediente
  • Pui 800 g

  • Usturoi 40 g

  • Ulei de chili 40 g

  • Sos de soia 50 g

  • Fulgi de chili roșu 5 g

  • Piper negru 3 g

  • Sare 7 g

  • Zahăr 5 g


  • Instrucțiuni
  • 1. Toacă mărunt usturoiul.

  • 2. Într-un bol, combină usturoiul, uleiul de chili, sosul de soia, fulgii de chili roșu, piperul negru, sarea și zahărul.

  • 3. Adaugă puiul și amestecă bine până când este acoperit uniform.

  • 4. Acoperă și marinează la frigider cel puțin 30 de minute.

  • 5. Gătește puiul marinat folosind metoda preferată, până este pătruns complet și nu mai este roz în centru.

  • 6. Servește fierbinte.
