Malinová čokoládová tyčinka

Jednoduchá čokoládová cukrovinka z mliečnej a horkej čokolády, ochutená malinami. Pripomína skôr ochutenú čokoládovú tyčinku alebo čokoládovú cukrovinku než pečený dezert.

  • 60 g mliečnej čokolády

  • 50 g horkej čokolády

  • 20 g malín

  • 8 g cukru

  • 7 g kakaového masla

  • 3 g kakaovej hmoty

  • 1 g plnotučného sušeného mlieka

  • 0.5 g emulgátora

  • 0.5 g vanilky


  • Spolu: 150 g

    Postup


  • 1. Mliečnu čokoládu, horkú čokoládu a kakaové maslo jemne rozpustite spolu na miernom ohni alebo vo vodnom kúpeli.

  • 2. Primiešajte kakaovú hmotu, plnotučné sušené mlieko, cukor, emulgátor a vanilku, až kým nebude zmes hladká.

  • 3. Opatrne vmiešajte maliny, podľa želania ponechajte trochu textúry.

  • 4. Nalejte zmes do vyloženej formy alebo nádoby a zarovnajte povrch.

  • 5. Chlaďte, kým úplne nestuhne, potom vyberte z formy a nakrájajte alebo nalámte na kúsky.
