Jednoduché dusené fazuľové jedlo v stredomorskom štýle s jemnou maslovou fazuľou varenou v chutnej paradajkovej omáčke. Hodí sa ako príloha, ľahké hlavné jedlo alebo podávané s chlebom.

  • Maslová fazuľa 150 g

  • Paradajková omáčka 70 g

  • Cibuľa 15 g

  • Cesnak 5 g

  • Olivový olej 10 g

  • Soľ 2 g

  • Čierne korenie 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g

  • Zmes byliniek 2 g

  • Cukor 3 g

    Postup


  • 1. V panvici na strednom ohni zohrejte olivový olej.

  • 2. Pridajte cibuľu a varte, kým nezmäkne, asi 3 až 4 minúty.

  • 3. Pridajte cesnak, papriku a zmes byliniek, potom varte 30 sekúnd.

  • 4. Vmiešajte paradajkovú omáčku, cukor, soľ a čierne korenie.

  • 5. Pridajte maslovú fazuľu a zľahka povarte 5 až 8 minút, občas premiešajte, kým sa neprehreje a omáčka mierne nezhustne.

  • 6. Ochutnajte a podľa potreby upravte dochutenie, potom podávajte teplé.
