  • 1. Pripravite osnovo za dušenje.

  • Litoželezni lonec segrejte na srednji temperaturi. Dodajte maslo in pustite, da se speni, nato da se pena poleže. Dodajte belo čebulo in kuhajte 6 do 8 minut, pogosto mešajte, dokler ne postekleni in rahlo osladi, ne da bi porjavela.

  • 2. Opecite govedino.

  • Dodajte govejo osnovo in biserne čebulice. Zavrite do rahlega vrenja, nato pokrijte in prestavite v pečico, ogreto na 160°C. Dušite 2 uri 30 minut, pri čemer govedino enkrat obrnite na polovici časa, dokler meso zlahka ne popusti vilicam, a še vedno ohrani obliko.

  • 5. Dokončajte omako.
