  • Postopek


  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 175°C. Majhen pekač obložite s papirjem za peko in nanj postavite obroč za torto ali model. Model mora biti pripravljen, preden zmešate maso.

  • 2. V srednje veliki skledi z metlico stepajte jajce, sladkor in vaniljev ekstrakt 2 do 3 minute, da zmes postane bleda, rahlo gostejša in gladka. Zmes mora z metlice padati v traku, ki za kratek čas ohrani obliko.

  • 3. Presejte moko in pecilni prašek. Nežno vmešajte 10 do 15 sekund, dokler suhe sestavine niso skoraj povsem vključene.

  • 4. Dodajte mleko, stopljeno maslo in rastlinsko olje. Nežno mešajte le toliko časa, da je masa enotna in sijoča, brez sledov maščobe ali moke.

  • 5. Maso prenesite v pripravljen model in poravnajte površino. Pecite 14 do 18 minut, dokler biskvit ni rahlo zlato obarvan, se ob pritisku povrne in zobotrebec, zapičen v sredino, ne pride ven čist.

  • 6. Biskvit hladite v modelu 5 minut, nato ga vzemite iz modela in popolnoma ohladite na rešetki. Ko je ohlajen, ga vodoravno prerežite na 2 enakomerni plasti.

  • 7. Sladko smetano in sladkor stepite do mehkih vrhov, približno 1 do 2 minuti ročno ali na kratko z mešalnikom. Smetana mora ohraniti nežno obliko in ostati voljna, ne čvrsta.

  • 8. Eno plast biskvita položite na servirni krožnik. Po njej enakomerno razporedite polovico stepene smetane, nato v urejeni plasti razporedite narezano jagodo. Na vrh položite drugo plast biskvita in površino tanko ter gladko premažite s preostalo smetano.

  • 9. Po vrhu enakomerno posujte čokoladne mrvice. Sestavljeno rezino hladite le 5 minut, ravno toliko, da se smetana učvrsti, ne da bi biskvit izgubil svežino.


  • Serviranje


    Postrezite kot eno samo, čisto odrezano rezino, pri kateri je jagoda vidna v prerezu. Smetana naj tvori lahek vrhnji sloj, čokoladne mrvice fin temen kontrast, biskvit pa naj ostane nežen in jasno ločen po plasteh.
