  • Postupak



  • 1. U maloj posudi sjedinite mlečni protein, hidrolizat kolagena, seckani kikiriki, polidekstozu, zaslađivač maltitol i so. Temeljno promešajte dok se suvi sastojci ravnomerno ne rasporede i kikiriki ne bude rasut kroz celu mešavinu.


  • 2. Dodajte humektant glicerol i obrađujte smesu kašikom, a zatim čistim rukama, 2 do 3 minuta. Masa treba da postane kompaktna, blago savitljiva i da se drži zajedno pri pritisku bez mrvljenja.


  • 3. Čvrsto utisnite smesu u kalup za pločicu od 55 g, sabijajući je u slojevima kako biste uklonili vazdušne džepove. Poravnajte površinu poleđinom kašike ili ugaonom spatulom tako da vrh bude ravan, a ivice uredne.

  • 6. Izvadite ohlađenu pločicu iz kalupa i stavite je na žičanu rešetku ili pleh obložen papirom za pečenje. Prelijte ili nanesite kašikom preliv preko pločice u jednom ravnomernom sloju, zatim ga lagano poravnajte tako da opna bude tanka i potpuna. Ostavite da višak prirodno otekne.


  • 7. Vratite obloženu pločicu u frižider na 15 do 20 minuta, dok se opna ne stegne, mestimično postane mat i hrskava na dodir. Unutrašnjost treba da ostane gusta, žvakasta i da može uredno da se preseče.
